Grand Opening
On Friday, March 17, 2023, Harvest House held a grand opening for its new Life Enrichment Campus.
Free and open to the public, the event drew an audience of over 100 individuals from the community. The outpouring of love and support was surely felt.

This community celebration included a ceremonial ribbon cutting, a light and video demonstration, live painting by local artist Clifford McDonald, and a quartet performance by Upward Notes. While exploring the new space, attendees learned about Harvest House and other local nonprofits.
Love is Louder
The facility is Harvest House’s first infrastructure expansion dedicated to wrap-around support services. The conceptual conversations with Halfacre Construction began in June 2019, and site work began in October 2021.
The LEC’s 11,000 square feet includes administration and development offices, classrooms, therapy spaces, a catering kitchen, and a 4,500 sq ft multi-purpose auditorium.
Located in the heart of Sarasota, the Life Enrichment Campus is a place where love is louder, and the light is brighter. The LEC is a hub for the community to access supportive services.

Breaking Barriers
“We started dreaming about this project 7 years ago. For decades to come, the LEC will be a symbol of breaking barriers to human prosperity,” says Erin Minor, Harvest House CEO. “Even after 31 years of serving the community, Harvest House is just getting started.”
