Emergency Shelter

The Family Haven Emergency Shelter is the safety-net that keeps families off the streets. Case Managers help families find critical support services that assist them on the road to safe, affordable housing.

Transitional Housing for Families

Home Again Transitional Housing assesses and meets parents’ needs by offering the tools needed in order for the family to stabilize their home.

Transitional Housing for Graduates

Supportive Housing and Case Management services for Freedom graduates during their next steps in recovery.

Transforming Lives.

Harvest House provides supportive housing for homeless families, veterans, youth ages 18-24, and adults with a history of homelessness and incarceration due to substance abuse. Supportive housing includes emergency shelters, transitional programs, and permanent supportive housing, depending on the needs of the client.
