Harvest House is a leading homeless provider in Sarasota. We provide excellent service through a variety of educational and support opportunities.
Each participant is assigned a case manager upon intake and will meet with their case manager at least once a month throughout residency. Case management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive needs through communication and available resources to promote sustainable outcomes for the participant.

HHTC works in close collaboration with Suncoast Workforce. SW connects local businesses with qualified employees, provides access to a statewide database of job openings, offers quick links to the most up-to-date job market research, assists with résumé writing and interviewing techniques, and offers educational workshops to sharpen job search skills. Harvest House also has it’s own in-house temporary staffing agency, Orange Works. Daily, Orange Works connects participants of our program with job opportunities for day labor and skilled labor careers.
Harvest House partners with The Harvest of Sarasota in providing food at no cost to needy individuals and families. If you are in need of food assistance, visit Free Indeed Food Bank on Thursdays from 10am to 1pm. Free Indeed is located behind The Harvest at 209 N Lime Ave in Sarasota.
